issues affecting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender,
queer, intersex, asexual, and other sexual and gender
minorities (LGBTQ+) and their loved ones. queer,

JMU community, and we each participate with Safe Zone for
our own individual reasons (moral obligations, empathy for
others, disciplinary ethical responsibilities, etc.).
